These terms govern your use of vastu-mantra.com and the Vastu consultations provided by Vartika Arora (“Vastu Mantra”, “we”, “our”). By using this site or engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.

Nature of Services

Vastu Mantra provides advisory consultations rooted in classical Vastu Shastra, modern architectural reasoning, and supplementary insights from astrology and numerology. Our recommendations are advisory in nature and are intended to help you make informed decisions about your space. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or structural-engineering advice.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

Vastu corrections influence the directional and elemental balance of a space. While clients frequently report meaningful shifts after implementation, no outcomes, including but not limited to financial, health, or relationship changes, are guaranteed. Results depend on many factors, including how thoroughly remedies are implemented and the wider context of your life.

Bookings and Payment

• All consultations are scheduled by mutual agreement after an initial inquiry.
• A personalised proposal is shared after the discovery call. Pricing is confirmed in writing before any work begins.
• Payment terms (advance, instalments, refund policy) will be specified in the proposal you receive.

Digital Product Purchases

Vastu Mantra also sells digital products (downloadable PDF guides). Purchases of these products are governed by the following:

• Single-user licence. Each purchase grants a non-transferable licence for personal, single-user use. Resale, redistribution, or sharing of the purchased file is not permitted.
• Delivery. Guides are delivered via a download link sent to the email address provided at checkout. Links remain valid for 24 hours and allow up to three downloads per purchase. If a link expires, write to vartika@vastu-mantra.com and we will issue a fresh one.
• Pricing and tax. Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable GST. A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued with every order.
• Refunds. Digital products are non-refundable once the download has been used. Full refund policy details are at /refund-policy.
• Intellectual property. All purchased guides remain the intellectual property of Vastu Mantra. Copyright is retained by the author.

Confidentiality

Everything you share with Vartika, about your home, your business, your life, is treated confidentially. We do not share client identities or details publicly without explicit, written permission.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, illustrations, the structure of the consultation reports) is the property of Vastu Mantra and is protected by copyright. You may share links to public pages, but please do not copy or republish substantial portions of the content without permission.

Reports and Recommendations

Reports prepared as part of a consultation are intended for the exclusive use of the client who commissioned them. Please do not redistribute, resell, or share the report or its contents with other parties without our consent.

This site may link to external resources for educational purposes. We do not control and are not responsible for the content of those external sites.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vastu Mantra and Vartika Arora are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this site or the implementation of recommendations from a consultation.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be addressed in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
